Macau, 12 October 2014 – Telkom through Telin increasingly aggressive expansion abroad. This time through Telin's subsidiary, Telkom Macau, launching As 2 in 1 Macau Card. The launch of Macau 2 in 1 Macau Card was held at Macau Fisherman's Wharf, Macau, Sunday (12/10/2014) attended by Telkom President Director Arief Yahya, Dir. WINS Ririek Adriansyah, President Director Telin Syarif Syarial Ahmad, CEO of Telin Hong Kong Dian Rachmawan, representative of The Macao Telecommunications Company (CTM), and from the Economic Chamber of Indonesia (KDEI). The event was enlivened by Ada Band and some performances from Indonesian migrant workers (BMI).
On the As 2 in 1 Macau Card there are two numbers, in one SIM card, the Macau number and the number of Telkomsel Indonesia. The target of achievement is 7,000 - 10,000 customers, with most of the targeted customers being Indonesian migrant workers (BMI) totaling about 5,000 people and Macau visitors from Indonesia who come every month totaling 10,000 people.
With this 2 in 1 Macau As2 Card, users will get some benefits, such as getting an easy fee of 1.3 Macau dollar or Rp 1,950 per minute. Then, if the phone from Macau to Indonesia then the user will only be charged tariff 1.3 Macau dollar or Rp 1.950 per minute. If the phone comes from relatives in Indonesia, then Macau subscribers are charged only HK $ 1,2 or Rp 1,800 per minute.
In realizing its expansion, Telin Hong Kong works with the most licensed operator in Macau, namely Companhia de Telecomunicações de Macau (CTM). CTM is known as a GSM based operator and is the largest operator in Macau.
