Jakarta, October 15, 2024 - Telin has officially kicked off the Go Live of its Document Management System (DMS), marking a major milestone in its digital transformation efforts. This initiative is part of Telin's Rolling Focus Masterplan I2S (Infra & Info Structure) 2022-2024, emphasizing the strengthening of operations and the acceleration of internal process digitalization. The event was attended the SVP Governance & Compliance Group - G.E Dhany Widjajanta, VP Corporate Affairs- Pri Handoko, and teams from Corporate Affairs, IT, Internal Audit, Legal, Settlement & Billing Collection, and Human Capital.
In collaboration with PT Soltius Indonesia, The new system is designed to address key operational challenges such as document accessibility, workflow optimization, and data security. By digitalizing the document management process, Telin aims to reduce time spent on administrative tasks, improve compliance readiness for audits, and provide a more organized platform for collaboration across departments.
With the implementation of the DMS, Telin aims to significantly improve data security, disaster recovery, and cost optimization, reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence. The system will not only streamline processes but also enhance collaboration among departments, enabling Telin to maintain its competitive edge in the telecommunications industry.
