The event was held on June 15th at JW Marriott Hotel, Jakarta, Indonesia.
Telin Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Budi Satria Dharma Purba (Busat) became the panelist to share about how the CEO-CHRO became a partnership for building resilient organizations in an economically unstable future.
Busat shared his opinion on how CEOs and CHROs build on each other's strengths to fulfill the top organizational competencies today. In his view, to build the strengths and fulfill the organizational competencies, The collaboration between CEO and CHRO helps organizations develop the competencies required to stay competitive, attract and retain top talent, and drive long-term success.

Busat also shared his opinions on what are the challenges that stand in the way of this powerful collaboration. He said, Limited HR influence, balancing short-term and long-term priorities, and measuring HR impact. Busat also added that open communication and sharing strategic information, developing a shared vision, seeking a balanced perspective, and measuring and communicating results can be practical tactics that we believed enabling greater alignment between CEO and CHRO.
