The agreement was signed by Eddy Kurnia as President Director of PT Infomedia Nusantara and Jeami Gumilarsjah as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Telkom Australia, witnessed by all Commissioners and Directors of Infomedia.
Telkom Australia, which gained the trust of the Australian company, XL-Tel, for contact center services, collaborated with Infomedia Nusantara. As the first phase starting in October, Infomedia will provide services as much as 15 seats, and will continue to increase the total to 100 seats until the end of 2013. The Infomedia in holding contact center service to Australia, also cooperate with TELIN as provider of international telecommunication infrastructure.
Jeami Gumilarsjah who was dropped Infomedia Nusantara as GM Corporate Strategy and Planning, in his speech delivered “It's like a child coming home and meeting parents, only a few can be given, but the support and prayers of the parents are always expected”.
