Jakarta, 3 July 2017 – Telin officially entered the new office on the 16-17 floor of Gd. Telkom Landmark Tower (TLT), Jalan Gatot Subroto Kav. 52, South Jakarta. The event was marked by the ribbon cuts by Telin CEO Faizal R. Djoemadi on the first day of office after Idul Fitri holiday. Beginning on July 3, 2017, Telin entered the new office after seven years based in Gd. Jamsostek Tower 24th floor, July 3, 2017.
In his presentation, CEO Telin expressed his gratitude for Telin's move from the old office to the new office at Telkom Landmark Tower Building (TLT) on 16th and 17th floor. He hopes that Telin's new offices can find new enthusiasm, ideas and innovations in developing Telin's business.
“The essence of our move from the old office to the new office is to migrate and make transformations related to the spirit and creativity. In addition, by occupying the new office we also have a new culture that is, first is clean. So the colleagues work space should be clean, should not eat and drink in your workplace table, if there are goods left then the building officers will insert them into the locker lost and found”, said Faizal.
“Second is cozy, colleagues can directly see the atmosphere of Telin's new office at this time, where there are various seating and other facilities to relax to make colleagues more relaxed. Third is comfy, colleagues need to know that the new office space is wider than the old office so that makes comfortable to work ", he added.
The fourth is connected, where there is no bulkhead to facilitate interaction between one employee with other employees. The fifth is care, which forces each of the Telin ranks to care for each other. Sixth is coworking space, meaning is to work with the spirit of togetherness despite having different responsibilities.
“The seventh is collaboration, representing by a little number of meeting rooms in order to sit together for each other to discuss. Eighth is conversation, so colleagues will be more solid in the activity. The ninth is co creation, with sitting together is expected to create new innovations to build Telin ", said Faizal.
“Furthermore, the tenth essence is creative, that's why all the existing ornaments are designed in such a way that can spur the ideas and creativity of colleagues. The last is continuous learning, meaning we are required to study together with other TelkomGroup colleagues because we are in one building", he explained.
“So, now we have eleven new essences that must be implemented, they are clean, cozy, comfy, connected, care, coworking space, collaboration, conversation, creation co, creative and continuous learning ", Faizal added.
“Congratulations for a new place, I hope you could work with such enthusiasm, ideas and innovations. Hopefully this new office will inspire us all, "Faizal said, ending his presentation.
The event was attended by BoD Telin, President Director of Building Management Telkom Landmark Tower (BM TLT), Finance Director of BM TLT, and all Telin staff. It was closed by tumpeng cutting ceremony and floor check by BoD Telin followed by Telin employees.***Corcomm
