Jakarta, 9 January 2024 - Signaling all Teliners to take a deep dive into Telin's Board of Directors directions highlighting the second day of the annual Telin Trilogy, Telin Beat 2024. It provided a forum with an interesting Q&A session with the Telin Board of Directors, CEO Budi Satria Dharma Purba, CFRMO Doni Andriansyah, CCO Kharisma, and CTO Akhmad Ludfy, in addition to introducing the strategy and significant programs for 2024.
The Q&A session provided Teliners direct line of communication for exact instructions. Teliners benefited much from the chance to ask questions, get answers, and learn firsthand from the Board of Directors to promote transparency and make sure that each Teliner understood the goals for the next year.
At the event, launched the Telin NeuAPIX 2.0 as well as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Framework to show Telin’s commitment toward the company's sustainability. Telin also received the ISO Certification and Anti Bribery Management System. In alignment with the ESG Framework, Telin has announced the winner of the Be Women on Board (BWOB) 2024 program, part of the #TelinEmpowHer Program. Winners will have the privilege of shadowing each of the Board of Directors (BOD) of Telin Group.
The excitement continued when One Telin Awards took the stage, recognizing amazing Teliners who had performed exceptionally well in 2023. The awards, meticulously categorized, acknowledged various dimensions of employee excellence, reinforcing a culture of recognition and appreciation. Not only the employees but also support staff including office boys/girls, drivers, security personnel, and more were given gratitude as the "Can't Live Without You" appreciation was conducted.
In a dedicated spotlight on women leaders, the event also celebrated the most inspiring woman in Telin, recognizing achievements across performance, capability, social contribution, and corporate impact. Additionally, Telin Brand Ambassador award highlighted employees actively championing Telin's cause at various events.
Environmental and social responsibility were supposedly acknowledged through the ESG Awards, emphasizing contributions to energy management, carbon footprint reduction, ecological impact, and active participation in social events or community services.
Not only that, this event was also attended by CEO CFU WIB TelkomGroup, Bogi Witjaksono as well as the Board of Commissioners, Muhammad Rofik, Jimmi Adiguna Kembaren, and Bambang Agus Margono. Bogi conveyed the message, "It turns out that even though from the title of this event you have lost your broken wings, the enthusiasm you put out to advance in 2024 is still burning.” The Board of Directors then sang a rendition of Westlife's song I Have a Dream, which symbolizes the spirit of achieving the goal in 2024, to close Telin Beat 2024.
