Bali, August 30, 2024 - The Bali Annual Telkom International Conference (BATIC) 2024, a prestigious global telecom conference organized by PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) through its subsidiary, Telin, concluded on a high note with a series of immersive social activities. After three days of intensive presentations, discussions, and networking, participants were treated to the scenic and cultural splendor of Bali in a closing event designed to showcase the island’s rich tourism potential.
On the final day of BATIC 2024, attendees had the opportunity to experience Bali’s diverse cultural and recreational offerings through five specially curated activities. These included golfing at the renowned Bali National Golf Club, tour at Sababay Winery, rafting, city tour, and soy candle making activity. Each activity, organized in collaboration with local communities, offered a unique glimpse into Bali’s vibrant culture and natural beauty, inspiring many participants to plan future visits.
The social activities on Day 4 were more than just a celebratory end to the conference; they were a meaningful step in promoting Bali’s allure as a prime destination for both tourism and business events. By engaging local communities and businesses as vendors and service providers, BATIC 2024 played a pivotal role in supporting Bali’s local economy, particularly the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. This initiative not only highlighted Bali’s appeal as a conference hub but also left a lasting positive impact on the local community, which played an active role in the event's success.
The night before, marked with a grand farewell dinner at Canna, Bali, where participants gathered to celebrate the week’s achievements. The evening featured a delightful array of cuisine, captivating entertainment, and a stunning beachfront setting, creating the perfect atmosphere for final networking and reflection.
