Jakarta, 8 January 2025 – Telin Beat 2025, the second day of the annual Telin Trilogy, carried the spirit of togetherness through the theme “Elevate Together.” The event combined various agenda from QnA session with all Telin’s BoD, launching Telin Intelligent Assistant (TIA), Recognition Session, Performance from all Senior Leaders, and the main agenda which is One Telin Award 2024. At Telin Beat, also introduced strategies and programs for 2025. The initiative aimed to promote transparency and ensure that all Teliners fully understood the company’s overarching goals.
Inviting all Teliners to unite and move forward together in conquering the "summit" of challenges in 2025, the second day of the Telin Trilogy, Telin Beat 2025, served as an important platform for direct discussions with the Board of Directors. The event presented an inspiring forum through a Q&A session with CEO- Budi Satria Dharma Purba, CTO Abdul Rahman Ansyori, CCO Kharisma, and CFRMO Doni Andriansyah, alongside the introduction of significant strategies and programs for the upcoming year.Participants had the opportunity to ask questions, get direct answers, and learn directly from their leaders, fostering transparency and encouraging enthusiasm to achieve shared targets for 2025.
During the event, Telin launched Telin Intelligent Assistant (TIA), equipped with various features designed to help Teliners access company data quickly and efficiently. Powered by an AI-based search engine that understands context and keywords, TIA delivers more relevant results and also supports multiple languages to meet diverse communication needs. With TIA, information access becomes more structured, and cross-unit collaboration can be enhanced. Additionally, Telin received ISO Certification and conduct Special Recognition Session for great project attained in 2024 such as TM Forum Finalist team for Catalyst & Moonshot Catalyst, as Telin got 5th position in the innovation competition itself, Telin TICAST (Telin Inventory & Capacity Management System) projects and Telin ESB (Enterprise Service Bus).
The excitement continued with the One Telin Awards 2024, which recognized outstanding Teliners for their performance along 2024. The awards were designed to acknowledge various aspects of employee excellence, from innovation to social impact, fostering a culture of appreciation. Even support staff, such as office boy/girl, drivers, receptionist and security personnel, were honoured through the special “Can't Live Without You” recognition.

The event was also attended by CEO CFU WIB TelkomGroup - Bogi Witjaksono, as well as President Commissioners Telin - Muhammad Rofik, and Telin Commissioner - Jimmi Adiguna Kembaren, and Telin Commissioner - Bambang Agus Margono. In his speech, Bogi stated, “Climbing a mountain requires courage and teamwork. Together, we will overcome challenges and reach the highest peak in 2025.” To conclude the event, a video clip was shown of the Board of Directors performing the song You Are The Reason by Calum Scott, symbolizing that all employees are the reason behind Telin’s success in 2024 and the initiate plan for Telin’s sustainability in the future refer to our upcoming subsea projects, platforms and new ESG initiatives.
