Jakarta, 20 December 2024 - PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin), as a part of Telkom Group, proudly announces the successful establishment and operation of Posko NARU (Natal dan Tahun Baru) 2024-2025. This initiative reaffirms Telin’s unwavering commitment to maintaining seamless connectivity and securing network infrastructure during the peak holiday season. 

The Christmas and New Year periods represent a significant surge in digital communication and internet usage as millions of customers rely on Telin’s services to stay connected with family, friends, and business partners worldwide. Through Posko NARU 2024-2025, Telin has implemented robust strategies and real-time monitoring systems to ensure optimal network performance across its global infrastructure. 

During the event, Telin showcased its NARU preparedness. Telin’s VP Customer Service Operation, Edi Siswanto representing Telin SIAGA NARU Post, provided a comprehensive report. Telin has established 12 global NARU posts, comprising one main post at TOCC Jakarta, 5 posts in the Network Area Indonesia (Jakarta, Batam, Dumai, Surabaya, and Manado), and 7 posts across Telin’s global offices (Timor Leste, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, USA, and Myanmar). These posts are tasked not only with securing network stability but also with enhancing service quality and fostering customer satisfaction during this peak period. 

As part of the initiative, Telin is also leveraging the NARU period to explore new opportunities for growth and to spread goodwill across the communities it serves, through various Sustainability activities across cities, regions and Telin global offices.
