PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) and Meta signed an agreement between Telin Chief Commercial Officer, Kharisma, and Meta representative Nick Kilcoyne, on January 18th, 2023. The agreement states that Telin becomes a Telecom WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP). As such, Telin will now be listed in Meta's directory of BSP.
The collaboration between Telin and Meta will cover several areas with regard to WhatsApp services. Both parties will work together to provide businesses with a range of services including Consultation, Support, and Training.
Under the Integration scope, Telin as the BSP will enable businesses to use WhatsApp as a channel for customer communication, by integrating Telin NeuAPIX CPaaS (Communications Platform-as-a-Service) solution with the WhatsApp Business Platform. Meanwhile, under the consultation scope, Telin will work to help businesses effectively utilize WhatsApp cloud API, hosted by Meta and meet their communication needs and goals. Telin will also be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting in its capacity as a Telecom BSP, to help businesses resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
In this role, Telin will also enabler businesses on how to use WhatsApp Business API effectively, including best practices for customer communication, messaging templates, and chatbot design. This collaboration provides both parties with opportunities to provide businesses with a range of services related to the use of WhatsApp Business Platform, such as integration, consultation, development, support, and training.
Telin and Meta believe that the use of WhatsApp services can support positive outcomes for businesses, such as improved customer service, increased sales, enhanced communication, cost savings, increased efficiency, and access to valuable insights
